I'd completely forgotten to post about this, but Jorge created a very useful PureLS Module Compatiblity List. Check it out. If you have a LiteStep module working with PureLS that is not on that list, or one that doesn't work, let Jorge know!

So, if you were wondering why a certain module wasn't loading, now you can verify if you were just making a silly configuration mistake, or if it is really incompatible. Of course you can always still ask on the PureLS mailing lists.
